Room was very nice,but no view. Other downside to room was bathroom nightlight didn't work and fridge needed de frosting. Otherwise I was happy and would stay there again

We enjoyed our stay in Sugar Creek. The motel was in walking distance of the downtown businesses and Baggs restaurant. Our room was clean and spacious, the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend.(The carpet could use a once over with the carpet scrubber)

Although dated, it was SOOOO clean. They are doing a Complete renovation project and i WILL go back and stay again !!! Price was Great. Bed Although not bad, but could have been a little more softer (like Hampton Inn) and pillows, would be nice to have a soft one too.

overnight business stay
I was in and out quickly for business. My check in time was after hours and the employee I spoke to was great at taking care of payment and informing me of their afterhours procedures. Upon arrival, check-in was easy and I accessed my room with no problem. I was excited to have a room in one of the train cars. When I entered the room I was disappointed as there was no feel of a train in the room. It could have been any room at any hotel. I was hoping for some architectural details or more uniqueness to being in a train car. That being said, the room was very clean and there were homey touches that were unexpected. No air had been on, so I did have the door open to the outside for about an hour to help freshen the room, but after that the fan unit was able to keep up. I had a good night's sleep, and it provided what I needed for my stay. I would return to this hotel again and hope to be able as I work in the area. Definitely a great location if you are interested in being in the village of Sugarcreek.
