There were several things not up to par. There was no way to turn on the fireplace, the coffee pot was literally UNUSABLE until we disinfected it, there were four towels for 5 days when you have a hot tub, the bed was so uncomfortable that we slept on the floor one night, the hot tub would not heat well, and the cover was not conveniently used with a rack so that top could be hung out of the way. We left a day early due to lack of sleep and clean towels. Little things make or break a stay I believe!

Loved it!!
Loved the area! Loved the cabin! Everything was clean and nice! The Christmas tree and decor was super cute. Added to the experience. Only thing I would say was wish check out time was a little later just to enjoy the morning there. But we get it. Thank you for the great time we will love to be back!

Great quiet place to stay
Would definitely stay again. In hindsight there are a few things we would have equipped ourselves with knowing what to expect. But the cabin is adorable, private nice setting, super happy to of found this place. We both loved it.

Nice hot tub that overlooks the woods. Cozy little cabin. Other reviews aren’t lying though, this mattress is terrible…after 3 hours of bad sleep I just sat in the hot tub and went home to sleep after. Other than that it was a really nice stay!

We enjoyed the forest view off the deck very much. The bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom were great. We picked up a lot of dirt on our socks and feet walking on the floors; the hot tub was cloudy, and a used beverage can was left on the deck. We contacted the Manager to ask about early check-in through VRBO and called directly with no response. When we called the Manager one minute after check-in time, she picked up and gave us the remainder of the door code that was incomplete in the instructions.

Horrible bed
If you want a quiet hot tub, kitchen with bathroom this cabin is great. If you want to sleep in the cabin.... WRONG PLACE TO GO! Looks like reviews have said this in the past but we took our chances anyway. Horrible bed. All reviews were correct. I did inform the numbers at the cabin.

Property was very secluded. We were not happy with the surrounding area leading up to the rental cabin areas. Cabin was very cute. However this R&R was NOT good during the night as the bed was HORRIBLE. Noisy with creeks and popping springs. We both sunk down to the middle as the mattress was that poor. Previous reviews as far back as April and May 2024 stated this. Why wasn't this fixed? Bed linens and bedspread was very old. We give the cabin and amenities an 8 out of 10 however the bedroom was only rated as a 3.

loved the location was a bit hard to get too my GPS messed up on me and drove past the turn 2 times. the 3 bad things was bed wasnt comfortable at all, the hot tub was old and outdate half of the jets wasnt working and the other ones didnt work right and the last thing was the TV sucked no service just stream service that you had to bring yourself

Great for the price.
This is our second stay in the past few years. The pros are the full kitchen, privacy, great cabin for the cost, as well as a hot tub. The cons are that the hot tub was stained (mold?), the bed isn't very comfortable, and the shower is SO small. Advise: I would bring oil/pam, paper towels, some throw away cooking sheets, and a cutting board for cooking. Also, a fan for the bedroom if you run warm while sleeping. Altogether I would recommend this cabin for a cost effective relaxing time.

The hot tub gave us some issues where we had to google how to get warm water. There needs to be a sign listed above it how to fix it. A dimmer chandiler would be nice im the bedroom and not white light. It would be nice to have a notebook for notes. Therpappsmdnpapers

First off I messaged the host when I booked the cabin for recommendations, as there was an option to do so on the listing. No response. I messaged again closer to time. Again no response. I texted day of check in to see if by chance the cabin would be ready early and if we could check in early. Again no response. We check in at 4:30. Everything looks nice and clean. When walking barefoot discover the floors were dirty and also there were cobwebs. Did not bother calling/texting as these were minor problems. Went to bed and my boyfriend and I immediately knew our sleep would be sleepless. The mattress is extremely outdated. Springs poking you and both rolled to the center. Probably the worst sleep I’ve had out of town before. I immediately messaged the host the next morning with of course no response. And almost a week later of checking in still no response. VRBO tried emailing and calling them also and you guessed it. No response. My recommendation for the property owners is if you have guest checking in or there to respond and to make things right. We left early because there was no need to have another sleepless night. I asked if Brittany could make this right somehow and we could talk. But they can’t even be professional and make sure their guests are okay. The reviews left inside the cabin from previous people date to 2 years ago complaining about the mattress. Amazon has cheap mattresses and I’m sure it’s much better than the one from the 1970s
