Decent property very close to shopping & Central Park. For the price, it made sense. No major “wow factor” but room was clean & spacious, AC was spectacular and enough space for a couple. Overall, I’d certainly recommend!

I had a room facing what was an empty square whenever wind would come in you would get this humming noise. It went all night, if you are a light sleeper it will not let you sleep.

Got mega upgrade which was great. However hotel is def in need or a renovation- no real amenities in room, chipped cabinets, steam shower not working, no kits in bathroom. They took the coffee machines out so you buy it through room service - but that doesn’t start until 7am, so early morning coffee- you have to get up and go to Starbucks. Also at those high prices - a coffee pod should not be a question. 6/10

Not great… images of the hotel are very misleading. They show a modern high rise building when in fact it is an older low rise. Hotel decor is very old fashioned and poor quality. Low light brightness is trying to hide the issues. First room offered had a VERY noisy a/c unit outside bedroom window that would make sleep impossible. Second room had very little natural daylight. Staff indifferent. Cannot recommend.

The manager and front Desk staff are racist they will held to you and laugh at your face without any reason. I travel every week for work domestically and out of the US and I never felt mistreated like here anywhere. AVOID AT ALL COST THIS HOTEl. WORSE STAFF EVER. I wish I could upload the video of the way they disrespected me and were racist to me!

This hotel had several oddities about it that obviously I didn’t like: first of all none of the rooms had any sort of coffee maker, even the simplest type to boil water, nor could it bring one into the room. The other rather difficult “pill to swallow” at this era of high-tech was having to go without Internet for over 48 hours and in fact that the time that we left the hotel, my wife and I still had no Wi-Fi. I shall explain. The hotel had no Internet from the 10th floor on up to the highest flow which I believe is 15. They couldn’t seem to know what the problem was. The staff member that took our bags on the valet cart up to our room, had no idea that there was any Internet problems as he gave us all the password and everything we needed to connect to it. It was only after find out that the WAP was connecting, but of course, there was no Internet being fed into it, then they admitted there was a problem. Luckily, I happen to have Verizon 5G ultra wide on my iPad Pro M1 iPad Pro so both my wife and I were able to use it and she was able to use it as a hotspot for her data but that’s not really good considering not everyone has unlimited Verizon high-speed data and has the ability to use their digital devices as high-speed hotspots. The management after a slight prodding deducted a total of 64 Dollars off bill Which I doubt they even miss because this is really an EXPEDIA booking fee/charge rather than their own charges. They really could’ve done better
