Great location & reasonable price!

The room was small but I liked the color of the room. The service was good from the check-in till we left. We had a car service used for the airport & the bellman arranged it the day we checked in & it was very convenient. The location was great close from the broadway & close walking distance to subway stations. Parking was at next block so considering being in Manhattan, it was very convenient.you can get a stamp at the hotel on parking ticket & get $10 off which was cheaper than most of overnight parking in Manhattan. We got a good deal on the hotels.com for last minute deal & was happy in general.

Our room was very small and not the most kept up with. There was a lot of wear and tear all over the room, the linens were clean but the rug felt dirty.

Great location, comfy bed, nice rainfall shower head, and very helpful staff! Downside is that the doors to the rooms slam VERY loud, so if guests in the rooms on the same hallway are closing their doors, it absolutely can wake you up

Upon our arrival, there were two staff members arguing in the lobby. This was highly unprofessional. I needed to use the bathroom facilities, and the lobby bathroom was absolutely disgusting. There was a fan outside of our room, which was so loud no air conditioning and the rooms are extremely hot. There was blood stains on our sheets from previous guests.

Showing it's age a bit but still in very good condition. Location is great, and there is a reasonable parking garage on the next block. Staff was very helpful. Room seemed a little larger than your "normal" NYC hotel. I would consider staying here again.

Excellent property

A really fantastic hotel close to everything midtown Manhattan. At this price point, in this city, I did not expect this level of exceptional service and cleanliness. Free and generous bottled water provided at check in, free coffee, fruit and ice water in lobby. The room was spacious and clean. And the staff was so so nice. Everything was just WAY better than I expected. Thank you, we'll be regulars.

First off they have my room to someone else and gave me a whole different room with smaller space and didn’t even tell me that they gave my room to someone else. Careless the manager have a very nasty attitude to customers and her employees even though they tried very hard to help. Bathroom was nasty and so much dirt and sports all over the bed room. I have to cancel my stay much earlier because my wife was pregnant and didn’t even ask us how was our stay or didn’t even bother to ask if we needed anything . I would highly stay alway from this place!!!!! They even lie to you about parking so beware
