Nice place but needs to fix the Elevator issue
It is adequate for not more than three nights. Rooms are too small for longer periods. Elevators are always full and in maintenance, with a huge delay to go up and down (10minutes each). Well located, nice vibe, young and cozy

I LOVED this property!! Don't hesitate to book. I went alone with just my daughter and it was great. Felt very safe and is in a great area. Great location to other spots. We booked the Sky View room, it was breathtaking! That room is small, but clean and you're not in the room for long. Coffee shop downstairs which was helpful in the morning.

Nice but underwhelming
Stayed here for just one night and had a corner room with quite a nice view and the bed was comfortable and staff were friendly. Also the views from the rooftop terrace are excellent! Unfortunately that is the end of the positives, upon getting to our room we struggled to open the door as the hinge was slightly broken so a decent amount of force was needed (we did then report this to staff). The room was small (which is understandable in NYC) however the room we had stayed in earlier in the week at another hotel was much more roomy with a much larger bed for a cheaper daily rate. We were also slightly confused by the resort fee as other hotels didn’t have this and we didn’t feel we got value for money out of this. Especially with the original relatively high cost of the room already. We couldn’t use the dinner credit as this was closed by the time we had returned to the hotel. Whilst staff were very friendly there was a mix up with our luggage when we were trying to leave to catch a train which caused a little stress. Also the lifts can take a very long time (again this is common in NYC hotels) but can be very frustrating particularly if on a higher floor.
