An ideal place

The accommodation is ideally located for visiting New York, with the subway nearby.A 5-minute walk away, you can eat at Tony's di Napoli.Central Park is a 10-minute walk away.There are four separate bedrooms.The owner is available and her instructions are very clear.

Great location for a reasonable price

4 rooms in the apartment next to Central Park. Very convenient location for touring the city. The only thing we can argue with is the cleanliness which is not great, but good enough.I still recommend it!

Soluzione comodissima

Una soluzione ottimale, buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Abbiamo abitato in questa casa per una settimana in dieci persone è tutto ha funzionato bene. Purtroppo c’era un bagno solo e le camere erano strettine, in linea con New York, ma ciò non toglie che la casa era accogliente e comodissima. Nella descrizione era specificato che il bagno era uno solo quindi nessuna lamentela. La proprietaria è stata disponibile ed ha sempre risposto alle nostre richieste.

Weekend stay

We stayed for two nights in order to watch a Broadway show. The location was perfectly distanced from all major size and was more quiet than I expected for a city stay. While the rooms were small, they provided comfortable beds to sleep in after our many adventures in New York.

Comfortable stay

The property is close to the metro stations, easily accessible and well kept.Check-in timings were rigid with a 4 pm check-in and 11 am checkout. Request to checkin a couple hours earlier was denied.But outside of that, the stay was super comfortable. We had a great time as the sightseeing areas were all within 15 mins wal. Definitely recommend this n property

Great Location, Pretty Good Place

Good: location was great for walking and subway to most destinations, plenty warm in the winter, four bedrooms plus a kitchen, very clean, kitchen was reasonably well stocked, host was good with communications, price is great for what you getBad: couch cushion has a giant hole in it making it hard to enjoy sitting on the couch, has four bedrooms but they are really crammed into what should be a two bedroom apartment - for example one bedroom is split into two but a single light switch controls the lighting in both, there isn't nearly as much space as the photos suggest, one bed is a little slanted, it is a four-story walkup although to be fair this is fully disclosed in the listing so it did not influence my review.In the end, it was a fine rental for what I needed - a comfortable space with a kitchen for two business colleagues. I don't know how it would have felt with four or more people in the small space sharing the one bathroom and limited living room.

Perfect for a family vacation!

My family and I we stayed for threee days in NYC, and I’m so happy that I decided to take this apartment. The location is so convenient and near to almost everything. If you are planning to stay cozy and with a big crowd this is your best option PERIOD. The only thing that I can suggest is to change the couch at the living room area, sooo uncomfortable lol. If you are expecting a fancy place, everything in this city is old but I thing everything comes with the experience :)

Weekend in the Big Apple

This is exactly the rental you are looking for if you are looking to come to the city with your family. Having teenagers and traveling with my parents this location had enough beds for all. Location... so many subway connections within a short walk made it easy to navigate into the city. If you are looking for a spacious suburban rental ... this ain't for you.

Business trip

2 colleagues on a business trip. 4 bedrooms so plenty of space. It is a tired property up 4 flights of stairs but clean and warm! For NYC good value and ideal for 2 of us. 4 on business would have been less than ideal as 2 of the rooms were very small. But for what we needed and expected it was excellent!

Great spot

For starters, finding a place for 10 people for this rate isn't easy, so all said, this is a great find for a larger group. Its an older place, beat up, but thats too be expected. Bottom line for all 10 of us: - Beds were comfy - AC is working, so nice to have. We needed it. - Location is great. 20 - 30 min walk to everything. - Host communicated very well with us - Everything worked, no issues. - Shower was hot Its a good deal if your a large group.

Great New York area

It's a 4th foor walk up so be healthy luckily we were and had no problems with that... great area and four bedrooms is hard to find in the mimiddle of New York so we were qquite pleased

Great location, needs some TLC

The location of the property was spectacular, it was easy to get to attractions that were in uptown or downtown NYC. The owners were quick to respond to messages. However the apartment in its current state isn't what is depicted in the pictures. The apartment is located in an older building which isn't abnormal for NYC but there was some wear and tear that could easily be fixed. There was mold in the bathroom. Also, the apartment was originally a two bedroom that has been made into a four bedroom. There is a queen size bed in what used to be a nice sized walk in closet. The closet could handle a twin sized bed easier than the queen. The other two rooms are pretty small as well, it's hard to move around in them with your luggage in the same room. There is one bedroom in the front of the apartment that hasn't been divided into multiple rooms but if you stay in that room you probably need ear plugs if you aren't used to the city noise. If there was some TLC put into the house and the second room wasn't divided i'd stay again.

Stay in East Manhattan

Overall a nice cozy places. The sink unfortunately was leaking, but our host replied very quickly everytime for all of our needs. Very good location that is close to many stores.

Expectations not met

The stay was not pleasant as we expected. We felt the online descriptions did not actually match the place. Though it was mentioned it was an old building there was no mention of absence of an elevator. It was on the fourth floor and up very narrow and rickety stairs. Some people in our party found it very hard to navigate the stairs. Also the walls were all damaged and so were some of the doors. The couch in the living room is broken and very uncomfortable.The power outlet in the kitchen was not working. The kitchen faucet was very loose and shaky. We also found some spots which looked like mold in the bathroom. Overall the property is not well maintained.
