This hotel has high ratings but is not above average. Smaller rooms than average (even for NY) and my room had man issues (leaking sink faucet, faulty shower door, tech issues, and no maid service). For NYC prices I suggest you go somewhere else. The location also isn’t great unless you need to be in LES.

Cool communal area but very small room
The room was 75% bed. It was nice and clean and a good place to sleep but didn’t want to spend any time at the hotel because the room was so very small. Also it was weird to check in yourself and have to make your own room key. Meanwhile someone was there to walk you through it, but that just seemed unnecessary. I just traveled 5 hours to get here, and I have to make my own key? But again, the room was nice and clean and everyone was friendly

Cons: Small rooms, Bathroom in bedroom, next to some type of shelter or rehab center, cleaning of room not available every day. Pros: walking distance from lots of food, weekend parking on streets, convenient stores and shopping near by.
