The location is good and check in process is quick. No staff with a smile, just basic service. The room is good and fairly priced to NY average. It needs a bit of renovation, though. My room had a leak (from the aircon, I think) that the carpet area near the window was very damp thw whole time I was there, and this is dangerous, e.g. toxic mold.
