Good hotel to stay for cheap price in the middle of Manhattan. ~5 min walk to Times Square, 5th Avenue, Rockefeller Center and other tourist attractions. Subway station also pretty close. The hotel itself is ok, tiny elevators and room was with view to nowhere, but I guess if you want better view you just need to pay for better room.

The rooms on second floor can be claustrophobic with no windows but the staff was extremely nice and moved me to a different room. The air conditioning is a bit outdated and needs to be readjusted every now and then as the room gets too hot or too cold. Overall the stay was nice and this place is definitely a better choice over many others in the area.

This property was close to Times Square & walkable to everything we did, except had to catch a Lyft to showing of The View.

The rooms were not as nice as pictured. When I first checked in there was a big Roach in my room. Went to the front desk and the woman working was very friendly and helpful. She gave us a free upgraded room for the inconvenience. Then after we are in the new room I asked my husband to make sure there were no roaches that’s when we found a rodent trap under the couch. We were told the parking would be $65 because we had a truck but we paid $182 for 2 nights. The only positives about our stay was the staff and fresh coffee.

When we arrived for our stay, we were told they had "overcommitted" the rooms and they had booked us at another partner hotel which was a few blocks away and further away from Times Square as we had planned our stay. The manager of the hotel did secure a cab for us and covered the cost of the trip, but it was disappointing to arrive and be told the room was not available when we had already paid for the stay.

This is our favorite place to stay in Midtown - a great location, helpful and friendly staff, endless supplies of coffee, tea and water in the lounge area, comfortable rooms and usually good value for money. They are renovating the property right now and we really hope they don’t take away the character and reasonable prices.

The location was great and easy access to all the things you could want in the Theater District. I just wish we had a better room with a view as we were there to celebrate my son's birthday.
