It was comfortable for the night before our flight. Rooms were small but location and shuttle bus were fantastic. Noise as expected due to location under flight paths but the planes stopped around 11.30pm.

Just needed to be near JFK for early flight. Shuttle starts @ 5:00am which was perfect for us. Decent value, front desk was great, john in lunchroom was excellent, merlot from dispensary was vinegary.

I had to wait 35min before I could get checked in and I was there by 3:15pm also the hall way smells really bad my bathroom and toilet was not cleaned up. I had to let them know to clean it. At night there were loud music in the area

The front desk rep Megan was really the GOAT! Got us checked in early, allowed us to get breakfast and kept a smile on her face. Show people like that real love! She represents the company so well. Plus we came all the way from Cali so she welcomed us too

(1) The worst staff of any hotel I've ever stayed at and my wife and I used to travel for a living. The woman at the front desk at 5am on 10/10/24 should not be in any job that's customer-facing. We needed to take the shuttle to the airport. We were on the shuttle list. She said the shuttle would leave at 5am. We were at the desk at 4:55am and it was already gone. We came back at 5:05 and it had come again and left again. She did nothing to alert us of all these shuttle arrivals/departures, didn't try to hold the shuttle for even one minute for us. We had a 6:30am flight. She was wildly defensive about our questions, said "I won't have all of you ganging up on me" and then said "I'm done talking about it". She yelled and berated a Japanese woman with limited English. We finally called an Uber and took the poor woman with us (she had a 7am flight to Dallas). We were very glad to be out of that place. (2) We paid $300 for a hotel next to a garbage dump. The hotel itself was clean, the room was fine. But we paid less for a hotel in Manhattan at Madison & 39th!

People kept me up partying outside my window all night. Literally all night. The walls and windows are paper thin and you hear everything even 4 stories up. There was no parking whatsoever and honestly it was the worst stay of my life. Bed was comfortable even with the lack of sleep.

Hotel amenities are good and the room clean and comfortable, I also appreciated the free shuttle to the airport. Though if I ever have to fly out of JFK again I would look for a hotel a bit further away from the airport. The hotel is great but just way to noisy.

El hotel es muy limpio, instalaciones nuevas y en perfecto estado. Personal amigable. El desayuno es bueno y completo. Lo único desfavorable es su ubicación, no hay sitios para comer cerca, el área como tal no es muy bonita, es decir, no es el tipo de hotel para quedarse y hacer turismo. Es un hotel de tránsito, ya que está muy cerca del aeropuerto

The room was down a hall filled with service equipment like we were stowed away in the basement. So much for being a Platinum member and the rewards it gets you. This room should not be rented to anyone
