I travel with two kids and my husband, following my review about the hotel: Pros - It is a nice hotel room, the size of the room is good for 4 people - We were able to do early checking for an additional fee of ~$30 - The location is convinient, there is a metro stop close to the hotel and the ubers are available anytime Cons - Breakfast is not the best, has limit options and all days are the same. I was dissapoint there were not healthy options like fruits - Clean, even they clean the room every day, there are areas to improve. The carpet was dirty all days

I don't know if it is Google map's problem or the location of the hotel, we had to get off the high way and restart the search of the hotel to find our way. I am glad that I called ahead to reserve a parking space. Breakfast is simple and basic. Wish there were bigger counter space to spread the food so that people do not have to in each other's way.

A depressing experience. The reception desk is protected by bullet-proof glass. After such a first impression, who would feel comfortable staying here? For this, we paid $321 per night. The rooms are fine per se, but for $321 a night, you'd expect A LOT more. The staff is nice, but you can tell, their mind is somewhere else, they have other worries aside from the hotel's guests. The breakfast is really crappy and does not offer anything fresh, with the exception of maybe a piece of fruit. Plus, sinnful amounts of plastic are being wasted every single day, since all of the cups, plates and cuttlery are disposable. The neighbourhood is quite ugly. There's trash everywhere, and plenty of homeless people or people suffering from addictions roam the streets. This part of town evidently has more important and urgent needs, than serving the tourism industry.
