Front desk and check out was amazing. Friendly staff. The room we selected was non smoking but the room they gave us smelled like smoke and our lock to the door was not secured. We did call front desk, they stated someone would bring some air freshener…never arrived. The lock was never fixed.

Always like the location and friendliness & professionalism of staff. The breakfast area is relaxing and the food is good. Our room this stay had bathroom doors that didn't close properly or lock, which was odd.

Good location. Not so good experience in my particular situation… I paid the most expensive room and ask for some details because it was my anniversary… they ensured me that everything is in control except one petition… at the end, they change everything… that was a surprise
