This hotel was in the perfect location for us, with everything we wanted/needed to see within walking distance or easy subway access. We were initially worried about transportation back to EWR very early -- before trains were running -- but the staff scheduled a car pickup for us, even walking us to the corner to meet it when the road was unexpectedly closed. Very good service and friendly staff!

Well located hotel in Chelsea.
Very well located hotel in Chelsea. An easy starting point for full days of walking to various sites. The Starbucks on the lower floor was very convenient to start the day. My only complaint is at the bathroom was very small and little hard for two people to navigate. The towels could also be a little nicer.

This is a convenient location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Wish you got a bottle of water everyday, but they only give you a bottle the day you check in.
