I had hotel coverage. I filed a claim. I took video and pictures on my phone and my husband‘s housekeeper did not clean my room. The view was nothing like it was advertised. I am very disappointed.

I came to check in and the room wasn’t ready till after 3:20, the bathroom was clean, the body wash soap was empty, the floor was dirty. And definitely not enough towels and it had a weird smell.

New property and thus a solid selection for the area - but also missing some essentials like coat hangers etc. Really much further away from Manhattan than you'd think, making it a real pain to get to.

Great place to stay for what it is. Its very clean, comfortable, but basic. However the price reflects that. Inexpensive stay. I would definitively stay again if i need a place near the city, that doesnt break the bank.

Not only is there no onsite parking, there is no parking anywhere nearby - not that I would have felt safe leaving my car or walking to the hotel. The area was so bad that we decided our lives were worth more than the cost of the hotel - that they wouldn’t refund. Very disappointed in the chain. This was a scary and horrible experience. Luckily, the Hilton was able to fit us in, with parking and much safer area- and it was CHEAPER!

Very dirty room, the cleaning service was requested but the only thing they did was new towels. The ventilation in the room is poor, it smells moist and humid even with ac on. also very bad noise proof system. You can hear clearly what’s going on in other rooms and on the floor… but overall it was good, thank you!
