I had a nice stay there. The room was a room in a room. Bathroom was excellent. The sofa was very comfortable to watch TV, in addition to watching from bed. Very nice.stay.

The hotel needs a little more care. The bar/restaurant needs more space. Its acommodate like 15 people. We never take the two free drinks or use the 30 dollars daily credit because never have space on there. All else was fine. Good breakfast

Good place to stay for business trip. Overall solid 4/5. Things that were not great: * room floor was not super clean * broken door for bathroom - was also a bit uncomfortable as the sliding door had large openings when "closed" * iron board was old and uneven * iron was not clean - luckily didnt leave perm marks on my clothes

Sept '24 stay-two thumbs up! 1) Staff member we interacted with were helpful, kind and pleasant. 2) Great location, Mid-Town Manhattan; very walkable along with easy subway options. 3) Our room was clean; beds were comfortable. 4) The breakfast and evening welcome junctures were great! Great location, close to everything. Walking distance to Times Square, Empire State Building and subway stations. The rooms were ready before check in times and the front desk sent us text message informing about our rooms being ready which was really helpful. All the staff members were very courteous and helpful.

Extremely busy area of town (obviously close to Times Sq - but not in a good way). Beds are not great and linens feel like paper. Very crowded. Loud at night. Wouldn’t recommend.

The hotel has caring staff. We only encountered one issue on our first night but the next morning they resolved it by getting us a new room. The breakfast is not to the standard I am used to with most Embassy Suites but is was okay. The staff did try to answer all your questions and help wherever they could. A big thanks to Adam who always greeted you with a smile and tried to help whenever he could.

This is a wonderful hotel in the very best location to Times Square and great restaurants and sightseeing. Complimentary breakfast is delicious. Stage could not be nicer or more helpful. We had a room on the 29th floor with an amazing view of the Empire State Building. Traveled with my daughter who enjoyed having her own personal space in our suite. Highly recommend Embassy Suites Times Square!

The staff here was AMAZING!!! From chk in to chk out. Mercedes with the dining staff made my friend's 50th bday so special. The bartenders were great. The location was a quick walk to Times Square and to Rockefeller Plaza. The Happy Hour and breakfast buffet was good. We enjoyed our stay so much and just talked about coming back soon. Remember it is NY so the rooms are smaller than standard Embassy Suites but it was enough for us.
