The rooms are in terrible condition and should be upgraded immediately. They’re pretty gross. Several things in the room were broken. I feel bad for the staff at reception listening to people complain all day about the poor condition of the rooms when there is nothing they can do about it. I wouldn’t stay at this property again.

This hotel and my room looks like it needs lots of updating. I had chipped paint on the bathroom doors. I had to move to another room because the first one had an unpleasant odor, no hot water in shower, and furniture looked very worn.

We were a little dissappointed with the condition of the hotel room, kind of worn out, lamp broken, tv channels would not load, not as clean as we would have liked, bathroom extremely small and no space to put toiletries down. Bed was comfortable, very convient location

Hotel rooms need to be renovated.
The floors and room were dark and dingy. The AC wasn't working. The TV was small. We really couldn't wait to leave and go home

Very happy with my stay. Across the street from Lincoln Center. Staff was very nice. I was surprised they had no coffee in room or in lobby. I understand Starbucks is everywhere and a block from the hotel but coffee in the room or at least the lobby in the morning is expected. Otherwise I was happy with my stay and based on location would stay there again.
