Great location-a little difficult to find the front door. Spacious, newly renovated. No microwave Excellent rooftop “patio” space, but difficult to access. Good hot water Small master bath but other bathrooms huge. Overall excellent stay for our group of 6 adults, although upstairs guests were very noisy

BIG space that felt like home!
We were lucky to find this place! We have a large family (7 kids) and wanted to find a space we could live in (not just exist) while visiting NYC. The location is PERFECT. The house has lots of space. There are two separate units in the building plus a business on the street level (that never seemed to be open). The street is quite noisy, but most in the city are. Overall we would stay here again for sure!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible 4-bedroom, multi-bathroom duplex, and I can't recommend it enough! Nestled right in the heart of New York City, this property exceeded all my expectations. The first thing that struck me was the sheer space. It’s rare to find such a generously sized duplex in NYC, and this one had plenty of room to relax, unwind, and even entertain guests. The bedrooms were spacious and beautifully designed, offering plenty of privacy, while the multiple bathrooms made mornings with a group smooth and hassle-free. The location was another huge plus. Being in the center of the city meant we were just steps away from all the best restaurants, shops, and attractions. Despite the vibrant energy of the neighborhood, the duplex itself was a quiet retreat, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The amenities were top-notch, and everything was meticulously clean and well-maintained. From the cozy living area to the modern kitchen, every detail was thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and convenience. Overall, if you're looking for a spacious, stylish, and perfectly located stay in NYC, this duplex is an absolute gem. I can’t wait to book again!
