Fine for one night due to proximity to JFK
Hotel shuttle was not working on my arrival at Federal Circle and I had to call the hotel to arrange transportation. They did arrange for Lyft to pick me up. Check-in was good and Ronald who helped me to my room was excellent. They offered me a list of places where I could arrange delivery of dinner, but I did not try it. I just purchased a microwavable option from them.

The air conditioning unit in the room was very noisy and just kept on either heating or cooling regardless of temperature set. So you either froze and cooked.

Quite good, free pick up and set down at JFK. No where to get an evening meal, unless you went out, but the breakfast was OK and available even if on an early flight. Good for stay over if changing or getting an early flight.

The property was clean and neat. The bathroom is a. If deal to me and it was very clean and look liked it had been remodeled recently. The only complaint I have is the room had an odor.

After a long overseas fight we fell into this wonderful clean, friendly hotel. the bed was great, the breakfast was lovely and the women taking care were "on it" working to be sure everything stayed full. Front desk staff was incredibly helpful and thoughtful both at check in and check out. Pick up from the airport was quick and the driver was helpful. It was a gentle gift after a long flight.

Room was small but ok for an overnight before an early morning flight from JFK. The free shuttle to JFK is not ticketed so it’s a bit of pot luck if you can get on depending on numbers - one person had to sit on the floor today - but apparently they will book you an Uber if you can’t get on it. But make sure you leave enough time for your flight.
