Wonderful experience
This hotel is full of warm, caring people who truly care about their guests and want to help in any way they can, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We stayed here with our two young children for our first week after returning to the US from several years abroad, and it was a wonderful way to come back. Every encounter was a pleasure and every issue was solved quickly and with compassion. The breakfast is pretty good, too! And, of course, everything was clean and the room was very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Since we took the elevator a weed smell was super strong. The same in the hallway and bedrooms . The employees were in my bedroom spraying the air. But everything was the same.

Staff was good, the place have a scarce of parking because of the shelter behind of the hotel. Also homeless people living across the street of hotel and the breakfast has late on our staying.

Rudest and most abusive condescending staff on the planet! "Free" shuttle to Staten Island Ferry was never available and minimum of $120 cab fare to go anywhere no restaurants, no atm, filthy room with dreadful horrible electric and plumbing problems, repugnant breakfast! Nasty people, foul and mysterious odor!
