Great spot!
Fantastic location near transportation and lots of tourist sites. Room was very clean and staff were friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel!

My overall stay was good, my kids enjoyed their stay. Big up to Jordan at the front desk, he was super helpful. My only issue was the toilet malfunctioned and would not flush and they took a few hours to fix the issue. Other than that, the hotel and front desk staff was great. Would definitely visit again.

Staff ignored us at checkin until one of them finally explained that they were changing shifts. They checked in everybody ahead of us then pretended we weren’t there. It was very weird! Wouldn’t make eye contact or acknowledge us. We are two ordinary non threatening white women. So strange! Maybe because we refused to join their time share “vacation club”. Just bizarre behavior for hospitality staff. I’m still trying to make sense of it.

This property is conveniently located near the theater district, Times Square, the subway, and is within walking distance to other central Manhattan attractions like Rockefeller Center. Now, I am a walker so 10 blocks or more is not a bad distance. The rooms are large by NYC standards. What really sets it apart are the efficient, helpful, and kind staff. Shoutout to Rochelle who helped us with directions and a lesson on how to navigate the subway!
