Staff were really helpful and kind. Noting that we were stressed they quickly stepped in to help - tha car valet, bus driver and Michelle in reception were all great. Súper to have this level of service! My only request is for proper milk to be available for coffee in the lobby. The creamer product is highly laced with sugar, corn syrup, palm oil and other not so great ingredients

The airport was close and the shuttle was good and timely. The check-in and checkout were quick and painless. The room was large and clean but shower curtain was small for the tub. lots of wear and tear visible in the bathroom, however floors were new or recently replaced.

Everything from staff to hotel cleanliness is perfect. The bed is comfy, toiletries are provided, shuttle is frequent, and breakfast is early enough to enjoy before my morning flight. The concern is the location. Jamaica is an unsafe area but is conveniently located by the airport. I felt safe in the hotel but could only explore NYC using Uber to get to a safer location to take the train or subway. This is not the hotel’s fault, just unfortunate.
