Great spot to explore lots of NY spots. Seaport, Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge all close by. Lots of great places to eat. Hotel was clean and had fresh coffee each morning. Glad we stayed here.

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were very helpful especially with the laundry (changing of quarters for us) and getting our aircon fixed immediately when we informed them that it was not working. There are many cafes nearby for breakfast options and the staten island ferry terminal is super close by as well. The 1 subway is also a few minutes walk from the hotel! Overall, the location felt safe and we recommend it! Also, there’s a $50 USD refundable deposit per night. There was no issue with this as we got it back 1-2hours after checkout!

I was surprised to be charged a tip in the dining room for an order placed via the online app when I had had no staff interaction at the time. However, the hotel staff were always most courteous and helpful and demonstrated their integrity in the management of our lost property.

There was construction being done right around the hotel so we had to walk around that during our stay. Otherwise, the hotel was fantastic! Nice people, great food, great location. We could see the water from our room and were steps away from the Staten Island Ferry.
