It was a very nice stay, great customer service! The only small issue was that the shower was taking more than ten minutes to warm up the water. Other than that, everything was great from the front desk to the great locations nearby with many diners and shopping’s options.

The staff was VERY friendly. The restaurant was food was ok. Not many vegan options. The location was great. We walked to time square in minutes. Joes New York pizza spot around the corner was fantastic. 15 minute walk to Gershwin.

Great location, amazing staff
The hotel is ideally located, close to subway stations, attractions, etc. The front desk staff is amazingly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The free Starbucks coffee was a wonderful perk. The room was small and the position of the king-sized bed did not allow for easy movement around the room. I bumped my shin on the corner of the bed every single time! The on/off switches for the bedside lamps were difficult to see, and the switch for the desk lamp was almost impossible. There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom, which was very frustrating after each shower.
