I was in a non smoking room and the cleaning staff reported to the front desk that the smell of smoke was coming from my room. The front desk staff came knocking on my door, waking me up to tell me not to smoke in the room, which i was not. Other then that episode the rest of my stay was great.

The front desk hotel stuff was very kind and helpful at all the times. The maintenance team was not able to fix the AC, which did’t work for all our stay, the TV that only worked on high volume and the ice machine noise all night long by our room door. The breakfast which wasn’t included on our stay and we paid for on site it is not worth it. The people working at the restaurant was very rude.

The property was updated and was very clean. The staff was friendly and the location was very convenient to St. Patrick's Cathedral and Rockefeller Center. Parking was easy as it was just next door, but getting the discounted parking price offered was never obtained for us. Each party (hotel front desk and parking attendant) said the other party was responsible for either a voucher or a discount. We ended up paying full price which was $145 for 43 hours (not 2 full days) of parking. That part felt like a scam.

The hotel’s location on 46th St was surprisingly quiet and made for an easy half block walk one way to 5th Avenue and in the other direction to Times Square. Parking in the garage next door carries a nice discount for hotel guests. The front desk staff was helpful with suggestions and stored my luggage after I checked out. I had a fun stay!

Our experience was very average... though I feel other people would consider it poor. Check-in was quick and easy and the gentleman helping us was very friendly. They had supposedly overbooked rooms so they put us in a king room instead of queen. There were scuffs and stains on the walls in our room but it was easily overlooked as everything else was clean. The only thing that really bothered me was that the room was freezing and the thermostat in the room wasn't working. Luckily we had lot's of extra sweats and sweatshirts to layer in for bed. When we told the front desk about it, they didn't make eye contact and didn't seem to care, so we just left and let it be.

The room was very small for a family of 4. Very little space to walk around. For us it was too cramped. Bathroom was nice. Service was great. Convenient parking available for a fee. Location was great, convenient walk to Times Square where you can grab the subway to anywhere. Also a short walk to Rockefeller Center and all that area has to offer.

It is literally the noisiest hotel. Evvery door that open SLAMS CLOSED. its so loud. U can hear everyone and everything outside your door all night long
