This hotel is just average because it isn’t “luxury” or convenient at all! Their add says “ covered parking OR valet but upon arrival we were stuck hours trying to park in the garage next door because all of a sudden at any given moment , there’s no valet ! Super crowded area ! The price was over inflated for what we got . No one helps you unload or load your baggage so it’s like a name brand hostel and TINY!!! We couldn’t even walk around in the room at all. THE INKY GREAT THING WAS THE ITALIAN RESTAURANT IN THE SAME BUILDING! EXCELLENT FOOD AND SERVICE!!

Excellent hotel. Excellent staff, clean, quiet room, and convenient. Hotel was in walking distance to Radio City, Times Square, Summit, Rockefeller, and many cafes. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed out the property for Christmas in NYC. Close and convenient to Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, Times Square, 5th Avenue and Grand Central Station. Several Restaurants in the same block and many more nearby. Plenty of shopping nearby as well. Staff ere all pleasant and friendly, the bellhop was exceptional. Great location if you are going for Christmas sights. Only downside were the elevators as there are only 2 for a lage building.
