I loved the hotel. It was easy and quick to get to my room and all the staff in the evening were great. Hotel was so comfortable and next to the Times Square. I loved the stay and felt so relaxed.

The staff was great and the location was convenient to everything NYC has to offer. The room was small but clean, the mattresses need replacing. Saturday night there was loud techno music coming from somewhere and we couldn't sleep. We were unable to determine if this was occurring outside of the hotel or above us somewhere. The hotel is in the garment district and looks nice for the most part, but we saw homeless people doing drugs and talking to themselves whenever we left the hotel. It is scary but unfortunately we saw this all over the city and this was/is no fault of the hotel.

It was a good location. Very friendly staff. Very clean, quiet & accomidating. They held our bags for us b4 check in & after check out. Beds were comfortable. Loved how your name showed up on the tv screen. Made the stay personal.
