The laundry seriver was not available due to a construction, but this service is was listed on the Expedia hotel website as hotel amenities even after I checked in. It was very inconvenient for 9 nights stay in this hotel without laundry, since the availble self-service laundry was the most important reason for me to select this hotel. I talked to the reception desk manager, and I was told I would receive a solution. But the manager never contacted me again for this issue. It was a false advertisement, since the expected service was not provided at all. The elevator situation was terrible, needed to wait 10 to 15 minutes to get on during peak hours almost every day. The hotel staffs used one or two elevators all the time. The room cleaning was not done till 4pm for one day. I had to call to request the service. I will highly not recommend this hotel.

Excellent location! All the employees were so accommodating and helpful! It was a wonderful stay! And they were so kind to our dogs!

We called at the moment we arrived in the room and notified about the AC not working properly. The handyman came “fixed” the AC, but it still remained working poorly. Also, while taking showers, shower clogged with water. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to nobody.

The staff were all great. This propetty is located within walking distance to many top attractions in the area. Elevators can be slow, and the shower water took a very long time to get hot. Otherwise the room was fine. We were in the city to see a show, and this worked out really well for that.

Location was perfect! Walking distance to Times Square and Broadway. The hotel is tired and needs some updating. But the rooms were quiet and the AC worked well. The bathroom was very clean and shower was good; Towels were crunchy. We had a good stay overall. No problems with the elevators.

Clean, but small room-a bit tight for 4 people. Very convenient walk to Metro, dining, 5th Ave., the theatres, Times Square, Hell’s Kitchen, Central Park South, and Columbus Circle. Staff were efficient and helpful. One elevator was down the entire trip and the lobby and common areas seem a bit rundown. The whole hotel seems a bit old and cramped. However, it was still comfortable.

A very good stay. The elevators worked well during my 3 day stay. The room was fine. I was able to use the Crunch Gym directly across the street free of charge as a guest at the hotel. My boarding pass was printed by the front desk staff.
