.Pros: Central location (on flower district street) Near several metro stations Friendly staff Price considering NYC average Room size was ok Cons: Run down hotel Uncomfortabke mattresses (we sank to the middle) - we tried two rooms, same issue Old carpets made the room smell like stinky feet Minimal free toiletries and not of good quality We didnt try the breakfast, instead went around the corner to a deli for a third of the price.

If you re looking for great value, clean hotel with a good breakfast then its perfect. No resort fee's either like other NY hotels which compensates for the following- Windows aren't soundproofed like we have had staying in other NY hotels. AC unit is kinda noisey, but it drowns out the outside noise ! You get used to it though. Tip ! Worth pre paying breakfast through Expedia and paying extra for high floor. Daily House keeping was excellent.

the location was convenient for our stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful. however, it was very noisy and the bathroom had a terrible smell with a sink that would not drain and a broken toilet handle.

It’s definitely worn down. There was a screw sticking out of our floor that was a hazard, and the carpets were really dirty. The air conditioner is either off or really loud and blasting freezing air, no in-between. There was also a smell in the room that wasn’t great and some hairs in the bathroom when we showed up. The saving grace is the location, as it’s walkable to pretty much everything. Not sure I’d stay here again.
