All the staff was super friendly during my stay here. It's really your typical budget hotel within NY. Not the biggest rooms, but I never had a space problem, and it's in the Bronx, so take of that what you will. It was overall quiet, and the breakfast and coffee were neither the best, nor the worst I've ever had. It's an easy to many different train stations, if you're comfortable doing that.

Leslie (frond desk) and the manager (I believe his name was Sandy) saved the day. The first night there were other guests that were extremely loud and smoking throughout the night. The next morning we were ready to switch hotels, but they both quickly asked what they could do to make it right, and got us a new room on a different floor. They worked hard to "make it right", and because of their attitudes and quick responsiveness, I would stay here again and recommend it others.

Property was great the bed was super comfortable, room was neat and organized and I like how they leave 2 bottles of water when arriving to your room so the hotel was great , staff was amazing I wouldn’t mind staying there again

Visiting the Bronx

Over all was good but there was no parking lot. You need to park on the street on your own discretion. The bed was really comfortable. The view is in front of the hospital.
