The hotel is a no-frills hotel in a great, walkable location. The hotel interior gets to be a bit loud with doors slamming and people talking. The bed and pillows were amazing! One of the two elevators were broken so the wait for the remaining elevator would get a bit tiresome. All in all, would recommend.

The room was clean and everything was great with the room, but honestly the night shift staff was not hospitable at all, the elevator didn’t work the 3 days I stayed, so it was really annoying to wait for more than 15 minutes to get to my room, most of the times I used the stairs and I don’t care, but my parents doesn’t have the youth I have.

The staff was very accommodating and wonderful. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff was!! Our first night my daughter got very sick and the front desk staff and engineer were so accommodating to help her feel better. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was so very busy at times there were no place to sit at breakfast. Breakfast foods were fresh and delicious and they kept the food full. We absolutely love the pancake machine! There were so many people in this hotel. With this said there was ONLY ONE functioning elevator in this 15 floor hotel for the 3 days we stayed. We were on the 8th floor, it was not feasible to take suitcases up and down so many stairs. The wait for the elevators was ridiculously long! Many times the elevator stopped at our floor and the occupants would just wave at us because it was so full. This is not acceptable. My daughter was late for an interview because of the elevator We would love to say that we would stay here again but extremely hesitant if there is only one elevator

no fridge or microwave in room. Room service nonexistent - they were always short staffed. Had to call front desk 3-5 times before someone answered. Dirty telephone whose speaker didn't work. Dirty ironing board - had to iron clothes on bed. Bath towels were old, small and thin - could've been dirty too but hard to tell. Staff at front desk were friendly. Unlimited water bottles which was nice.

Hotel is in walking distance to subways and attractions. Not too much food options, but there are some food places and bars at a close walking distance. Rooms are clean and comfy, a little tight if you get the corner ones but overall good size.

Great location! Super comfy beds!! Pictures are deceiving…rooms are TINY! Barely enough room to walk around the beds! One of the elevators was broken for our stay which made things a bit inconvenient. Overall, good location and fair price.
