OK - But serious ventilation issues.
Good and Bad. Location ok. Room clean and comfortable. BUT, the hotel has an (unresolved) serious problem with ventilation: every morning I was woken with the smell of breakfast cooking at 6.30 am in a room on the 9th floor (in fact the whole of the 9th floor stank of sausages and bacon - even thought the kitchen is on the G/1st level). Complained a couple of times - but told that waking to breakfast smells is a good thing!!!

Good location - reasonable accomodation
Nice please close to a lot of attractions. It was a bit too crowded. There is remodeling on the front, does not seem to effect operations. Crew was super nice. Breakfast - super crowded - was not bad, but the crew could barely keep up.

Estábamos serca de times square y parada del tren. El hotel incluye desayuno y eso fue un éxito total. Hay agua gratis en el área del desayuno donde puedes llenar tu botella de agua. Hay un mini gimnasio pero pude entrenar ahí como quiera, un poco limitado pero es para resolver. Siempre hay alguien en el lobby. Tiene serca un target y lugares de pizza y barras.

The place was not clean at all, there were lots of dust on the window counter. In the morning, workers were drilling by our window so it was loud. Also, the next door neighbors were so loud all night we had to yell at them to stop so we can sleep. The walls were too thin we can hear every bang, every step they made. The free breakfast was decent but it was so packed that they kept running out of coffee and food and it took a while to get refills. You also listed that it had laundry when in fact it didn’t.
