This is my second time staying at Holiday Inn Woodside in just two weeks, which speaks to the quality and convenience of this hotel. The rooms are consistently clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and essential amenities that make for a pleasant stay. The staff remains friendly and efficient, ensuring a hassle-free check-in process. Its location is a major plus, offering easy access to public transportation for trips into Manhattan while still being in a quieter, more residential part of Queens. As soon as walked in Tanaya was checkin in a couple..I listen and watched as Tanaya advised of amenities etcetera..Once with me same deal...Was very informative of my questions..Came back out to purchased some drinks and Patriza was there now ..also very very helpful 👏...Jesus who was my driver to Airport also very good with conversation..but importantly I could see the interaction among employess there and they all seem to respect each other and enjoy their work !

Pretty average experience, don’t expect the staff to cater to any additional needs like extra pillows and blankets. Ask for a few extra towels maybe you’ll get some for your stay. Stood for 3 days , one of the few hotels that denied me some extra pillows and blankets considering they take a deposit even if you pay in advance. Not worth the stay again thats for sure.

The staff on the evening that i checked-in were awesome and accommodating! Unfortunately that ends the good news. The TV is streaming only (no local channels); you need to have a Phd in Electrical Engineering to work the thermostat and my room was in the basement with a window to a dark parking deck and it was a $45 cab fare from LGA b:c the shuttle stops running at 9pm! I had to keep the heat on 80 to counter the draft coming under the dopr and to sacrifice one of my two bath towels to keep the draft at bay while I showered. I don’t think the room is worthy of the almost $200 per night. I will never return, but if you do, please enjoy the wonderful team. Pls note. I did not get a chance to partake in the continental breakfast buffet because I left before service. bon appétit
