Front desk staff was amazing. House keeping would not bring us clean rags to shower unless we requested them multiple times. They were rude about it when you called too. Homeless people were sitting outside at the hotel benches and would try to talk to when coming in at night any that made us feel unsafe.

Was an excellent stay. Location was great, beds were comfy but small, room was decent size for NYC. Shower temp was great, even for third shower in a row. I would have liked the pressure a bit stronger but it was fine. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Only complaints was the handle from inside the bathroom was difficult to open

Outside in f the hotel as soon as you walk out it was dirty full of trash and homeless individuals begging and bothering you. I was holding a designer bag and still gave money to one of them and he yelled out with that bag that’s all you pay you cheap, for that reason I would stay somewhere else next time.

The elevator is EXTREMELY slow, housekeeping is ok. Did not leave enough towels for 4 people. Location wise very nice.
