The room was dirty, the floor was sticky and disgusting, and the hallway from the elevators was smelly. I did not stay at this hotel because of how horrible it was

It was convenient to NYU Langone and reasonably priced. Clean and the room was quiet. FYI- very difficult to adjust temperature in the room. Typical NYC hotel.

The pictures are deceptive. I didn't see any large hotel with restaurants and amenities. Must be in another building because this one was small - 4 rooms to each floor. Tiny lobby with elevator. Room looked out into an office building 30 feet away so I had to keep the curtains closed most of the time.

The only issue I had was that the bed had a dent and the mattress wasn’t changed when I called to tell the front desk guy. I thought it would’ve been changed since I wasn’t there. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. I still will book. It was my first time experiencing something like that at my favorite hotel.

I recently visited the 32 32 as the end of my Honeymoon trip to New York, and I can easily say it was a highlight of our trip. The hotel itself is beautiful! The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was the best!

A wonderful hotel in the perfect location to explore the city of New York. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and both times I have stayed the rooms have been lovely and very well looked after by the housekeeping staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was Nothing like the pictures showed. I took pictures of Everything and check in and lobby was worse than Red Roof Inn. Not even close to worth $500 per night!!!!!! Very Upset!!!!

Cannot rate this hotel high enough. We have just spent the most wonderful stay in New York! This was our first visit so wanted to be based in a location that gave us easy access to all of the main attractions. I have travelled to many countries and stayed in many hotels this is one of the best, I can’t rate it high enough. I can’t wait until we can visit again

The guy on the reception had a problem with the computer and send me to the other side if the hotel and then when o went to the other hotel they send me back and that a discussion between the staff and where bit really engaging or explain the issue. I sat down and wait for the room to be ready but the staff were not friendly and smiling
