Hotel was in a good location to visit our daughter in Manhattan, but the rooms and halls were small, walls were banged up, and the some of the walls in the room and bathroom still looked and felt not 100% clean. Price felt high for the “value” and condition.

While many hotel properties in the world offer a scheduled wake up call via phone, the 32 32 offers a complimentary and unrequested 4am wake up call in the form of a knock from an unknown stranger. Another unexpected feature of the hotel is that you may not stay in it -- walk into the pictured lobby, and you may be one of the lucky sent across the street to the "North Tower," the ugly little sister to the "hotel" across the street.

Our room was very nice and clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was very nice also and well equipped. The staff were helpful and responsive to our needs. I would stay there again if I'm ever back in New York!

This was a true luxury hotel, in every sense of the word. The staff was faultlessly welcoming and polite, but in a warm and friendly way. The room itself was comfortable. The decor of the entire hotel was beautiful! we had the best time !!! highly recommended
