Hotel is in a great location near the subway and Grand Central station, and is a close walk to a lot of attractions and restaurants. The elevator was loud near our room so the receptionist moved us to a queen one bedroom which was very quiet and had nice amenities. Free wine from 5-7pm was a plus. Would definitely stay again.

I was required to move rooms and they didn't inform me till I got to my room and it was locked with all my belongings in there. They said I didnt have a number on file but they called once my room was ready. I was without heater for the stay which is why I was moved to begin with the second room the heat kept kicking off, was told I would be given my house fee back never received it. Never got any perks for 'VIP'.

Lady on 2nd floor bar was exceptional!! We loved her! :) We had a corner room which was lovely! I thought it was a nice size considering it was in NYC! I probably would have rated a little higher but we had a little problem with soda exploding in our mini fridge at 1am waking us up, we were told someone would be there immediately and I had to call back 20-30 minutes later. The gentleman wanted to clean up the fridge and chip the ice out at 1:30am. No thank you… I just had him remove it from our room so we could go back to sleep! The staff at the front desk were very pleasant as well! Over all we would stay here again!
