Beware - Hotel is a club Thur-sun
Its a nightclub at least 3 days a week, where hotel guests are not the priority on these days. Hotel bar area service is shocking during the day as they are preparing for the night. Charge a $36 a night fee on top of every for amenitys they Dont tell you are included. If you want to party perfectly if you want to get up at a sensible time in the morning Dont bother the club nights finish around 2am Thur-sat.

Had an amazing time staying at the Indigo LES! The hotel was beautiful, and the rooms well furnished. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooftop bar was incredible. I've travelled to NYC many times, but this is my favourite hotel yet. Definitely going back!

I travel frequently for work in many cities and this hotel is just not up to par for the prices. The noise is unbearable during the weekends due to the club that blasts music until 4am. The lights in our room worked only sometimes. And we saw what appeared to be a bedbug crawling in the bed. The area is great, but I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone who wants to rest or relax.

sleepless in NYC....
Location was great for us, room was clean, info on hotels.com was accurate. One thing they forgot to mention was there is a rooftop club on level 15 that is so dang loud and music plays wide open until 4 am! My pillow vibrated with the music it was so loud and we were on 20th floor! Also I requested a cot and crib and was told month before visit, no problem we will have it for you. Call to remind us day before visit. Called day before visit, yes we have you listed for cot and crib. Called again while at airport before we left on day of and yes we have you down. Get to hotel and sorry we only have cribs. WTH! I had to go buy an air mattress at 9 pm at night which was 6-8 blocks away from hotel!

It’s NYC but a little bit of groups/gangs around at night, didn’t like walking alone from Houston to hotel front door alone after dinner (two blocks)

Expensive >$700/ night and super noisy with Mr Purple rooftop bar on 15th floor, the walls and windows of my room on 12th floor literally shaking with the drums/bass from the club upstairs at 2am. Dark elevator, you cannot see the floor numbers.

Great, as always ...
The hotel is in a great location (we love the LES), with many restaurants and things to do. The staff is always friendly and helpful. On my husband's birthday, the staff provided sparkling champagne and glasses in our room. So sweet. They always accommodate late checkout, which is helpful as our flight is always late in the afternoon. We will stay here every time we are in NYC.

There is no point is reserving a room at this hotel for sleeping. The nightclub is intolerably loud until 3 am. The noise can be heard from many of the rooms according to other guests we spoke with. This is not a hotel. It is a club with mattresses. Furniture is showing wear but hard to come t on much else given I was io my able to get 3 $hours of sleep
