Great parking garage for those driving in. We went in middle of snow and ice so did not get to appreciate the neighborhood but location seemed great. Staff pleasant, food pricey but delicious. Did not get to see the rooftop bar due to weather. Only complaint was street noises on a Saturday night

The location is great but parking can be challenging. Out of the 3 days we stayed, 2 days we were unable to get a parking spot in the nearby garage.

On my last day I paid for an extra night so I can stay for a few extra hours past check out before flying out. I didn’t plan to stay overnight but the staff didn’t have late check out available so I was happy to pay for the full night. There were a few simple things that were needed to facilitate changing rooms but the manager (Mariah) was so abrasive, condescending and honestly, rude about it. I regret ever staying here. Aside from management, there was minimal hot water in the shower on checkout day. Also, I would have to wipe down the mirrors to be able to see clearly. These would be minor concerns but my customer service experience with the management suggests these minor things are overlooked.

Location was great for walking to restaurants etc, beds were a bit hard. Wish the rooms had a microwave to reheat leftovers. Had some confusion over hotel bill that I don’t yet know if it’s straightened out yet, but overall would stay there again. Loved the lounge and bar.

Cute very clean hotel room. Parking was unavailable bc the local parking lots were full but the receptionist called the closest one to double check for us. Then they recommended easy street parking right around the corner. Very helpful staff. There’s a diner next door open 24 hrs and was delicious. It was hopping at even 2 am!

The hotel is well designed, relatively new, and well maintained. The rooms are adequately sized and highly functional. The hotel is on the L subway that gets you to Manhattan in 10 minutes. There a many superb restaurants and bars within a 20 minute walk. It is a 10 minute walk to L'Bicyclett Bakery, best in New York. Of course, the convenient Brooklyn location comes with NYC grime and noise
