Stains on walls and bedding had holes. Photos were not like online at all. If we were able to find something else we would have. Holes on doors and ceilings.

The area is not very safe and there is no on-site parking. Drove 3 square blocks and there is no available street parking. Only option is to park in paid parking garage 2 blocks away and walk back. You would not want to do that late at night with luggage.

Please stay away from this “hotel “. Don’t even consider staying there. It’s located in a very unsafe area. I really did fear for my safety. I have not seen a hotel where there was an all around THICK glass barrier for the front desk. That says that even the staff need protection for their safety. The place smelled like smoke all through out the property. It seems like a place where illegal businesses are done. Please stay away

Disgusting and unsafe. Cockroaches in hallway. Security lock on door broken off, dirty floors and surfaces in room, crazy people in hallways, weed smell everywhere. Go anywhere else.

No one not even front desk was able to help us on getting a cab to the airport we miss how flight l. No one could speak English that good , and the gentleman who did help the taxi was charging 179 to the airport that’s horrible . I will not be returning bk to this hotels

The room smelled like cigarettes, turning the AC on made it worst. All that smoke smell that was trapped in the AC came out once I turned it on. The mattress looked tired, definitely need to be replaced. Cigarettes butts behind the nightstand.
