My daughters and i stayed Nov 30th 2024. The staff is very helpful ankld kind. We arrived early to explore the city with intentions of spending the night. Though we didnt take advantage of the service i heard a staff member tell another couple that they could leave luggage at front desk since check in isnt until 3pm. They also let us use tge restroom after our long drive. Our room was large enough for 6 with nice queen beds. But the most amazing birthday surprise for me was the most beautiful view of the empire state building! This hotel is VERY conveniently located with Herold square, empire state building, bryant park and grand central station only a few blocks away!!

We have stayed several times. I have to say this is the 1st time, that the front desk wasn’t personable. We checked in on Thanksgiving evening, after flying from CA. We asked for a restaurant recommendation, they couldn’t give us one? I feel that’s something they should know! I feel they didn’t really care!

The 20 something year old girl working at reception is very unprofessional, rude and lazy. I arrived at 3 to check in and she starts off by giving me attitude telling me my room wasn’t ready and to sit down. I asked to speak to someone else as she was being very disrespectful and incompetent and the manager came and right away he said my room is ready. She seems unhappy with her job so she takes it out on the guests. Hire someone else who actually knows how to work in the hospitality industry! Room was average, elevator is slow, location good.

Average. Booked online and was given a handicap room and we are not handicapped. Room showed a view of outside and it was the back alley way. Staff was not as friendly as anticipated. Breakfast was good.

Property was in an ideal location being a 15 minute walk from both Grand Central Station, Times Square and Penn Station/the Train hall. Would highly recommend for those visiting for a short period of time and wanting to be central location wise.

Stayed for 5 nights with my 7yo daughter and would stay here again! Some main reasons I chose this hotel was the price/location and breakfast offerings. I don’t like to go out to get breakfast before I’m done getting ready so grabbing something downstairs was perfect. Standard food offerings such as eggs, breakfast meats, pancakes, fruit, bagels, juice and coffee, etc. Times Square, Empire State, Bryant Park, etc. all walkable or take the subway right around the corner. Great restaurants nearby. Room was clean and perfect for the little time we spent in the room. Stayed on 25th floor and loved the views. NYC is a loud and busy city and my daughter appreciated the ear plugs provided.
