Website & info outdated. Rooftop Terrace and Pool area was closed, told "no date for reopen available". No place to view the river - without purchasing an expensive suite. The advertised restaurant & bar not open. Signs still in window. Dining room for Breakfast "not open this time of year". Instead a small selection of microwavable packets & cooler items available -- but only in the morning. Our room was very small but adequate and clean. Staff seemed pleasant enough. They did waive the Resort Fee for our Gold status. But this facility has NO RESORT SERVICES to even offer other than standard excerise area. Overall just basic overnight spot.

Good hotel to stay at pre-cruise. Didn't receive my VIP benefit ostensibly because it was fully booked. Room was slightly dirty (hairs in the bathroom for example) but not horrible.

Ink 48 is a very nice and clean hotel. The staff was excellent, the room was truly unique and very close to the pier. (We were going on a cruise.) The area around the hotel was dirty but you're staying in the Hells Kitchen area so thats to be expected. I was disappointed that the Press Club was a rental space and the restaurant was closed. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Having stayed here before with friends booked next week..I am beyond upset. Was looking forward to walking once again to my cruise ship. After being bumped to anther property, even though booked months ago, was moved 1.5 miles away, causing for $50 in taxi fees, and being lied to by management, making my concerns known on Facebook and to Expedia. Never coming back and letting cruiselines know as well.

NEVER GO HERE!! I would give 0 stars. Never go there. Checkin takes forever. After checkin, on first entry in room, the toilet is clogged, almost about to overflow. There is no TV in the room, looked like someone robbed the place and snatched the tv of the wall. There is not a single water bottle in room to welcome. There is not even a water kettle, or complimentary tea/coffee. The phone in the room won’t work, so I had to go downstairs myself. After reaching the reception and telling them all of this, I got the response, the hotel is at full capacity and we cannot do anything. Worst time ever, I spent $600 for this?

The only great thing about this hotel was the proximity to the cruise terminal. When we arrived after 4:00 p.m., the front desk had to send someone up to see if the room was ready. When we got to the room the toilet was clogged and not useable for 3 hours from arrival. We had to use the lobby bathroom. There was no restaurant inside the hotel. For the price I would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Ink48 the night before and after our cruise because it was just a block from the port. The walk with luggage was super easy! After our cruise, we arrived in the morning realizing check in wasn’t until 3pm but we wanted ti drop off our luggage. The clerk was amazing and checked us in early as they had a vacant room. We also got a higher room as it’s a bit quieter. The room was clean and modern. The gym was good. Unfortunately the rooftop bar was closed. The clerk recommended RT60 rooftop bar a few blocks away. We walked to Times Square and Central Park (about 3/4 mile). This hotel was about a 40 min cab ride to LAG ($80). We would definitely stay here again. Once they open the rooftop bar again it will be sweet.

Room smelled like gas called front desk basically said there was nothing they could do, open a window. Slept with window open was afraid I was not going to wake up the next day due to smell.would not recommend to anyone. Wedding reception was taking place on the terrace no sleep at all due to noise.Inconvenient area. One restaurant two blocks down, nothing around. No vending machines on site. No restaurant.

Very nice stay!
One night stay in NYC. We stayed in suite on 15th floor. Beautiful room with a river view. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Good location. About a 15 minute walk to Broadway shows. All employees we came in contact with were pleasant and helpful! Would choose this hotel again!
