Just love this hotel. We have stayed here the past few years when we come to NY for Mets games. Hotel is large and very nice. Great rooms. You won’t get a room this large in the city. Staff is very friendly. Shuttle buses run from La Guardia to the hotel all day. They also have specific hours the buses run to the 7 train to go into the city. Great place!!

I came into town for a medical emergency and the staff was extremely accommodating and helpful with early check in and directions for additional days extension should it be required. the Gentleman checking me in could not have been more pleasant and helpful.

This is a fine place to stay for a night or two as folks deal with traveling to/from the airport, but even then, it's hard to get a good night's sleep here. The other guests in a room close by were loud and talking/laughing well into the 3am hour. I do have to say that the staff was/is tremendous - they responded to the noise complaint and all interactions from check in/out, questions about shuttles, etc were professional and on point. I just wish the hotel was better quality. The biggest selling point for this location was the fact that they offer airport shuttle service starting at 4am, which worked for my early flight.
