This property is amazing. It is the only place we will stay when we came. The customer service and friendliness of the staff is second to none. They have the BEST bellmen, especially Thomas & Ray & George Martell. They were all fabulous and seriously go above and beyond every time we’re there. Also Jorge at the front desk/reception is awesome!! Seriously the best hotel in all of Manhattan!!!

The hotel is really nice, but rooms are outdated the worst part were the beds, they were terrible, mine was almost broken and made a lot of noise every time somebody moved. Never have I been in such terrible beds where getting a good nights sleep was not possible. Talked to the staff in reception but said nothing could be done. :(

My Daughter had her bachelorette trip in NYC and stayed here! It was so safe! The first night the President was staying and security was incredible! The rooms are so clean! The walking felt safe!

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel looked and smelled amazing. The only thing that I would detract from are two fold: 1) They locked us out of the mini-fridge the night before we checked out, so no access to the drinks we had purchased ourselves. 2) We stayed on the 11th floor, and the carpeting in our room had certainly seen better days. Overall, though, it was a nice stay, and close to shopping, activities, etc...

Oasis in New York
I had an absolutely amazing view overlooking the cathedral. The room was very spacious with the most comfortable bed and pillows. I slept so well. I really enjoyed my morning coffees out on the terrace, very relaxing. I would highly recommend the hotel
