This hotel is in a fantastic location in midtown. Close to the 34th street and Penn stations. The staff were very helpful. Good dining options in the hotel, with a diner and a bar in the evening. The only negative is the hotel needs a bit of an uplift and our room was a little dirty.

Liked the proximity to our plans on this trip Did not like the pressures upsell on room. The room required some maintence , shower floor tiles literally coming up during shower. Musty smell to room but rhe absolute worst was the noise. Construction going on outside to the wee hours of the morning. Went to front desk after 1st night to ask if their was construction or garbage drop center on that side of building due to the noise sounding like gaebage trucks . Front desk said they did not know of any construction going on. I walked outside building and could clearly see workers working on the same side as our room. 3 nights with little to no sleep do to the noise. Not an enjoyable experience at this hotel

Lovely hotel, so central, easy access to all of manhattan. Empire State Building towers above, Macy's on opposite corner, Penn station and Madison Square Garden next block, Bryant Park 7 mins walk, Times Square 10 mins walk, fabulous. Lovely bar & restaurant attached, good breakfast. Safe and secure.

The room was great, quite large for NYC and the price. The bed was super comfortable too. But what stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with from the front desk, the restaurants, room service, the bell staff and security (they retrieved a lost item for us!) were simply amazing. Sooooo friendly and accommodating. This will be our go to for a trips to NYC. Thank you!!

Good sized clean rooms and excellent location for shopping eating and to travel to other parts of the city. It’s right off the MTA and is super convenient. Parking is less than ideal because it is offsite with no valet services.
