The hotel has a great location , now they don’t have Microwave neither a fridge in the rooms Also one of our rooms the TV wasn’t connected to the wifi and they couldn’t fix it Staff overall was good, I would say the lobby employees could be more friendly and have a better customer, they should explain better the hotel fees and the checkout process because they receive a lot of customers from out the country and out of state

This was one of the worst hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. The pictures are false advertising and the room was so dirty and the furniture was falling apart. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty there was vomit in the tub. We had to go to the store and buy Clorox bleach to clean and disinfect everything. We did call maintenance but they didn’t do anything and in fact, they did even apologize for anything. The room was hot and the AC didn’t work. Again, this was the worst hotel room we've stayed in and it was extremely expensive. It was the longest seven days. We couldn't wait to leave this place. It almost ruined our vacation. It should be illegal for them to charge so much for such a horrible dirty place.

Very poor quality
We ordered two ball drop rooms, only one was a ball drop room. We complained and asked for a refund twice and were fobbed off. Discusting charging for a room and not providing a refund when they can’t provide it

I liked that I was upgraded from a queen room to a king room on a corner with a view and a coffee maker. I would have liked a fridge, and a fellow traveler had a king room without a coffee maker, so coffee makers and fridges would be nice. But it was a safe, quiet and convenient hotel, in a good location near theaters, restaurants, attractions, Times Square, Bryant Park, and subway. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Also liked being able to store luggage there for the day.
