Great location. Easy to walk around, lots of restaurants and entertainment nearby. Rooms wee good but tired. Need to be refreshed sooner rather than later. Only disappointment was in the facilities the hotel said it offered. The restaurant was closed. No reason given just not operating at this time. ( we were there for 3 nights). I asked about the laundry service also advertised but this not in operation either. These were the only negatives. Staff were helpful and lovely to deal with.

Originally we had a room and it was excruciating hot. Apparently the entire hotel doesn’t have air Conditoner only heat and be warned it is extremely hot in room. You can crack a window in the room but it doesn’t do much. We were pleased with the staff who took such good care of us and had us moved! The hotel is very dated but you get what you pay for i guess. Everyone though was so incredibly kind but I could never stay anywhere this hot again!

So when we booked our stay an read the reviews, the overall comments were mixed... i should've known then! The hotel upon entrance looks very nice, once you're in your room thats when you'll discover everything... the room was very out dated, no microwave, no refrigerator... the air quality was absolutely HORRIBLE... The engineer came to check our air only to tell us they only had two operating pipes that controlled the air so either you were HOT or COLD so he ended up opening our window.. i mean that was to much money for us to have to crack our window... We ended up freezing to death, the TV was small an acted as if it didn't wanna cut off the furniture was very old an bulky, if you have kids you would definitely have to watch them carefully being the the corners of the furniture was so sharp... OVERALL I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND STAYING!! we did not enjoy our stay there at all

Property was good. Location was awesome! But our room had no refrigerator and the air condition was not working or rather blowing hot air and we had to sleep with window cracked open.

My ac did not work in the room so I had a very room night. I had packages delivered and several of them were missing. When I went to collect - they were closed. They said they closed at 6pm. I got there at 5:58. Could not collect the next day as I had an early flight.

Terrible, run away from this hotel. Old and dirty.
Terrible experience! When we arrived our room was 79 degrees. When I called the front desk, they informed me that a/c is not available this time of year and to crack the emergency windows open if it was unbearable. I requested a fan and they did not have any available. I mentioned that the website was misleading and the clerk told me, that “you can believe what you see on the website”. Room was filthy and old. Just to name a few, toilet leaked, tv worked at times,plumbing fixtures were old and disgusting, no fridge, coffee, or microwave available on the entire property including the lobby. I clearly stated on the agreement, we had a total of 3 ppl in our room, however, we had to ask for towels and rags every day. (Poor quality towels) Honestly, I’m now questioning on whether or not to book with Hotels.com in the future as this was a very bad experience and it appears that no one cared, just had to deal with it.

the lobby looks great however the rooms were very disappointing!!!! Walls & carpet old and dirty.. the furniture was scrapped up and door was hanging when we opened it up. Too pricey of a hotel to be such a let down. i was hoping to surprise my husband with a nice hotel down street from time square and my expectations were not met. location is great but rooms are trash!!!
