The staff was great especially the cleaning staff who checked to see if we needed anything. The room was comfortable but a little dated. I loved that we had close proximity to the theatres nearby. My only complaint is that our breakfast at the Revel & Rye Bar and Restaurant was underwhelming for the price, however, the waitress was good. The location of the hotel to Time Square and other attractions and restaurants was great
