Liked everything except the first gentleman did not explain the $40 fee simply asked him again and still did not understand my sister in adjacent room to mine had same problem. Next day asked a young lady at desk she was great so that we were able to take advantage of the fee

Could not have been more pleased with this hotel. Ride in the heart of Times Square so we were able to easily walk to both Broadway shows we saw. Easy access to subways.

My family got food poisoning from the restaurant in the Marriott Marquis, I called 11 times to speak to a manager. The front desk was calling the ambulance for my family because they were so violently ill and our after we ate, Because we had to go to the emergency room, we missed our flight the next morning The manager never returned my call at all, and they charged us for the food that caused the food poisoning. I will be posting every single review I possibly can. I will be calling the health department and reaching out to my attorney.

Though a huge hotel, the Marriott Marqyis had excellent sevice. All the staff were helpful and friendy, and the room was the largest NYC room that I have ever had.

I love the glass elevators as you get good views of the huge atrium. Our limo driver was turned away from the property when he came to take us to the airport. Thankfully he went round the block and picked us up from the kerb side.

I liked the location, view, and ability to move around city. The room was spacious and clean, the hotel was quiet although many quest were present. Just one item missing ( was informed) no where to warm up food (microwave)

We love staying at the Marriott Marquis. The location is in close proximity to most of the Broadway theaters. Even though in the center of Times Square, the hotel provides an oasis away from chaos.
