The rooms are very tiny. Very tiny. The bed was comfortable. Area was perfect. Need more outlets. Only 2 out of 4 elevators worked. No hair conditioner, no coffee machine, or refrigerator in the rooms.

Nothing at all to recommend the place. Surly, unhelpful staff, limited facilities, and a tiny room with no running water or working toilet! It took a real battle with the duty manager to get another room which, at best, was average. Won't be returning and can only suggest that you avoid at all costs.

Be careful of hidden fees. The heating in the room couldnt be adjusted. As a result, I had to keep the windows open in the middle of winter in order to cool the room down. Asides from that, it's well located.

the hotel shut the water off the day of check out. we called multiple times checking on it and they were giving us the run around. they were pretending like there was a leak somewhere in the building and everyone had no water. this ended up not being true. we spoke with multiple people and they had no issues. i found other reviews where this happened to other guests as well. im not sure what staff are trying to do, other than inconvenience people trying to shower and brush their teeth before getting ready to check out. some of the staff were rude on the phone and wanted nothing to do with the call. there ended up being one person who accommodated us by extending the stay time and moving us to a temporary room so we could shower/brush teeth. overall, not the best for that reason.
