Perfect for our visit

We couldn’t have been more pleased with this hotel. They were helpful and our room was very nice. We went to see the Christmas lights and found this hotel central to all of our needs.

Great location, good rooms, poor service

This is a really good location hotel for a trip to NYC. Rooms are small, but very comfortable and housekeeping keep them very clean. The service overall in the hotel is just very poor. Check in and guest services is poor. We also had an issue at check out where there was a charge for a breakfast we never had. Which they assured us we wouldn’t be charged for and then subsequently were. We didn’t bother with breakfast in the hotel as it was expensive and the process to get to breakfast in the morning looked horrendous. Queues downstairs in the lobby, lifts up the 5th floor to have it, queues there to be seated. So it was frustrating to be lied to, and the staff just didn’t care. There are other similar hotels in NYC with better staff and service.
