For midtown Manhattan, it was in a quieter spot then we expected. We appreciated being on an upper floor to stay away from the street noise. Bed was firm in a great way, very comfy. We visited the Food Emporium a few blocks away to get groceries and used to the well-stocked kitchenette most days to make breakfast or a late night snack. The shower was very good with hot water every time we used it. Staff is awesome. We were able to leave our bags safely after checking out before a nighttime flight. Would have liked black-out curtains instead of blinds (NY never sleeps, right?), but I brought my mask, so if you like darkness, bring yours and all is well.
