Hotel location is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you need. It’s walking distance to Broadway theaters, Time Square, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, and many other landmarks. There’s a subway station across the street. There’s a coffee shop downstairs. This hotel is doing everything right.

Comfortable hotel close to everything. Loved the space in the lobby to chill out. Staff are great. Comfy beds. Liked the ice and water dispenser on each floor. Has a little bar fridge in the room as well. We were on the other side of the hotel to 8th Avenue, which made it quiet. Only downside was the room temperature was a little hard to regulate initially, but we got it sorted. Would definitely recommend.

I really liked the hotel and staff. It thought the rooms were very clean and it’s an excellent location. I didn’t like the hidden fee of $46 for ‘Urban Fee’ whatever that is. But everything else was good. They have a parking garage next door which was convenient, for an additional fee.

Great hotel to explore NYC
Great hotel in a really convenient location for all the major things in NYC but located in a slightly quieter part of the city ro give a rest from the crowds. Great neighbourhood with nice restaurants, tap rooms and easy subway links. Staff really helpful and the hitel bar was really nice too

Perfect retreat in NYC
Communication prior to arrival wasnt great but we found that with all of companies we dealt with from NYC. However, when we arrived we had 3 rooms which they managed to get all together as requested, which was brilliant and appreciated. All 3 rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious with slightly different layouts. All staff, except one receptionist, were friendly and helpful. One lift was extremely temperamental but was fixed during our stay. The coffee shop was nice and the coffee good, no really great food options but lots of places just ourside the door for food. We did bring a travel kettle which made a huge difference to our stay. The hotel is well sited, close to eveything but out of the chaos. We werenon the 3rd floor which still had traffic noise but I believe above floor 11 is quieter. We really enjoyed our stay, we would return and would happily recommend the hotel.
