Staff were extremely polite. Was told that I chosen as guest of the day and was upgraded to a nice suite! They made my first time in NY very enjoyable! The rate for incidentals was a surprise and a lot higher than I’ve seen at other places but I got it back within a few days. Great stay overall!

Great location in the Tribeca/Soho neighborhood. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, etc. and easy walk to the subway. Friendly and helpful staff. It was odd that we had to request blankets for the beds, but they were promptly provided.
