The hotel is in an excellent location, as the ad stated, in the heart of NYC. Walk to Subway station and many eat places. The staff is friendly, and the room service is perfect! The room is a bit small but clean and organized. Breakfast does not have many choices but is acceptable. I'll stay here next time!

Our new go to place to stay for any future NYC trips for sure. Location is perfect, staff is beyond accommodating and wonderful to work with. Location was safe and quiet, every space was clean and to top it off the free breakfast had a ton of options and was well stocked.

We enjoyed our stay and particularly liked the service at the Springfield Suites. The breakfast was great, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were not too small as can happen in NYC. The location was great for the garment and theater districts. We would like to return.

Everyone on the staff we interacted with was very cordial and responsive. We did not feel the entry door style for the bath room was adequate for privacy. Difficult to open /close and noisy to use.
